    If we assume that July platform lots turn out good (see yesterdays ann - all indications are roadblocks are now cleared) then this is already a 30 cent stock.

    The market just does not know it yet.

    I fail to see how this does not achieve a sale at the top end of the bottom incentive structure tier.
