Agreed Hash, I see no reason to dispute the official narrative on why G didn't exercise his options and thus believe during the negotiation of his share of the sale incentive pool, they took into account how much he would of had to sell to pay his tax liability and then compensated him on net amount, hence it will always be lower. This is a fair and equitable result for G, the company and us shareholders.
