A poster said the CR is for $4.5 million @ 0.045=100 million shares. Im taking his word for it and given the history of how this company raise capital especially it’s only to sophisticated and institutional investors, it sounds about right.
To instil confidence to shareholders on their progress, it would be great if Jim Dorrian and other directors stump up a decent amount for the placement and of course, Guido exercising all his options.
