Going by how much risk is involved getting past 1MB, WBT is derisked as 1MB milestone along time ago. 4DS have taken a giant step towards 1MB in todays announcement but no telling where the giant step was taken from and how many giant steps need to be taken. Still allot of risk involved until the announcement that 1 MB has been achieved.
