The guy is the investor relations for the company.
It's part of what we pay him to do.

The key questions are:
1. What is this new capital raise money for?
2. Does the company still expect to "wrap this up this year" as stated in the AGM to investors last year and to which investors took to mean the acquisition of 4DS Memory and its patent portfolio by this year?
3. The company has indicated to shareholders that a 1Mb chip is the ultimate goal of the company, after successful testing of which the company has led shareholders to believe the company will be acquired. Does the company now beleive that further development will be necessary, such as scaling down the technology or developing a 1Gb chip?
