They'll be signing up a lot of these clinics to get data for the CAT1 application - the holy grail. They'll all be encouraged to do as many scans as possible. I'm sure there will be a benefit for these early adopters should they get a CAT1 eg lower fees. If they are getting good reimbursement advice they'll know it's not a good look to have low use. You also don't want to have too much use as the insurers will push back on the CPT panel. There is a balance somewhere in-between.
