Agree. Also my suspicions are that investors are anticipating potential new commercial agreements to stem from the RSNA 2023 conference (the world's largest for medical imaging) next week (Nov 26-30), noting how quickly a deal with a smaller partner / customer can be inked, and don't want to miss out on the potential SP upside those developments would bring.
Further, there would be radiologists and other medical professionals there from all around the world including Europe and Asia who would be interested in 4DMedical achievements and developments in the last year - and new opportunities could be spearheaded from that.
