    I know you often discuss Marketing etc etc, but for the past 12 months they’re focus is on the top 10-12 leads that can be brought to market quickly from the 200 they’ve already identified.

    We assume offering a client a potential trial of Anteo X is as straightforward as sending a test tube and letting them experiment. However, I assume there’s more scientific complexity involved in conducting a trial and may require a resource of ours as well - it would be wise to allocate trial resources to opportunities that can be brought to market quickly.

    Obviously once one finally sign a deal the slow moving opportunities will become fast moving as FOMO WILL SET IN against competitors.

    Once one deal is finaliz\sed, the slower-moving opportunities are likely to pick up speed due to the fear of missing out on competition.

    I assume they’re still nurturing the remaining 190 leads at a slower pace. It seems they have their hands full before they can tackle other opportunities, but the recent hires could help lighten that load and bring the others into testing etc.

    I think everything seems to be heading in the right direction with Davids framework but the next 2 months results is what he'll be judged on.
