What is your information on the rather unimportant issue of whether the business-to-business product AnteoTech hopes to sell has a registered trademark on the name? I refer here to the official government databases:
The Ultranode word-mark was granted in Australia https://search.ipaustralia.gov.au/trademarks/search/view/2447834. In the US they have 6 months to get it right. The USPTO found no conflicting trademarks however would like them to be more specific on the part of the battery they are protecting, and correct some minor issues "LTD" vs "LIMITED". If AnteoTech, on reflection, decided not to bother that wouldn't fuss me. It looks like they needed to have a US lawyer engaged which they might not have bothered with. IP protection - necessary. Trademark protection - why?
