The announcement explicitly says that "The Placement is not underwritten."

The announcement makes no mention of the Entitlement Offer being underwritten, so how can you be aware that someone "is sub-underwriting some of the shortfall", and even have such an emphatic idea about remuneration arrangements around the unannounced sub-underwriting agreement?

Thanks for the tip about Listing Rules and the Corporations Act. Can't believe the lawyers who drafted them were so stupid. Apparently all you need to do is to offer to underwrite a capital raise and you can then subscribe for as many shares as you like without having to worry about those pesky rules.
