You could moan about it, or you could pick up the phone to Ashanti Capital or Foster Stockbroking and let them know you're interested in future capital raises by the company. Stockbroking is a service and like anything else you have to pay for it. If you don't want to pay their fees that's fine too, and you get the services offered by your online broker. Unfortunately that doesn't include access to capital raises!
