if others were afforded a discount and I should have been offered the same then yes I will complain. like I said , if you are fine but wasn't offered to you then that's your prerogative to have not participated. I have been involved in about 50 raises over the last few years and this is the only one that wasn't offered to retail. so yes I will complain even if you are fine with getting diluted shareholding through unfair means. I'm also happy to offer you 95% return for heads or tails , sounds like you would be happy with that too
