Buy the rumor, sell the news.At the risk of being shot down as a 'downramper'...11 of the brokers you have highlighted have ended up with less than 500k shares, with two having day traded the lot and ended up holding nothing, probably and algo being alerted to the volume and jumping on board with no idea what they are buying.
While I agree the top of the list is Hartleys holding quite a bit, it will most likely be sold once the news is released.
I may be wrong, time will tell. Happy to eat a slice of humble pie if I am.
