A 5% conversation rate would be amazing - but seems very aspirational. That's 1 in 20. You might see that for a car, but for a house, the biggest investment most people make in their lives? No way. Dreaming.
In case you haven't noticed, FDV are very good at presenting info and content in the best possible light - the presented metrics will shift to whatever is most favorable. I trust them to run the business but only a sucker believes everything in these presentations at face value.
I'm invested. I'm very disappointed at the share price. I'm disappointed at the fluctuating revenue in each market. I'm still optimistic long term, but I'm also very skeptical of hopes and dreams.
