And I think is healthy given the weight we all give this poor “analysis” particularly given the sale of LATAM is some how going to be constructed at a tiny revenue mutliple when it’s about to go
cash flow positive, there are parties out there buying these at 5-7x rev, Shaun believes he can obtain 5x advertising rev
from transaction business initiatives, our own founders in LATAM have traded their own hard work to 5x FDV consolidated entity rev. Etc etc. There are motivated buyers in dubbizzle, PE and lifull etc etc about the place. Lots to be excited about! Sheesh, 2023/24 is behind us and look what’s been achieved. Market leaders generating 80 mill rev. Pretty strong performance and expensive to replicate.

…..But somehow this piece of “work” thinks red flags are
about because Shaun’s working towards 100 mill AUS dollar in stage 2 of LATAM 360’s life (4 companies in new tech stacks, with easy transaction wins being rolled out)…. Before embarking on 150 mill Aussie dollar. Clarity or lies? Pfttt

Im backing Shaun and Ricardo to achieve this and others aren’t! Ok…..

But please ii tells us the real story for selling? Because it’s not based on value. The value is there. It’s a story of ….. its them (ii), not us (FDV).
