1. if Infocasas can implement the learnings from Iris 1.0 into Iris 2.0 and convert the leads from less than 0.5% to greater than 5%. then anyone with basic math can deduce a return to quarterly revenues well in excess of 6.4mill (that it achieved only 6months ago)
2. Shaun states the Iris revenues are collected months after closing the transaction so with less churn of the leads leading into a property market post plebiscite, transaction volumes will rebound in 2025 as I’ve stated previously. Infocasas is one to watch closely in 2H 2025.
3. Fincaraiz E24 and Yapo can benefit from these learnings.
4. We haven’t even talked about the higher revenue generator in Centrify…. which appears to be following the infocasas rev in recent reports. Centrify can produce the goods too!
