When it comes to compare themselves to competitor they chose similarWeb. However anyone in the know will tell you that those are just poorly accurate estimate. A better source is SemRush.
Fincaraiz is not 1.5x its competitor and traffic is going down YoY.
Yapo is not #1 anymore after going down 32% YoY!!
Marketing budget must have been slashed to preserve cash.

The SP is reflecting those trends. Probably explains why private equity is not rushing to buy FDV.
