I know if I transfer to another provider on a reduced plan for mobile and nbn I can save around $300 in first 12 months , that is including reduced pricing for introductory period. It's not much but for some its a lot . Looking for cheaper mobile/nbn , petrol , electricity, food is going to be the norm for many over next few years. A few thousand dollars saved a year goes a long way. A lot of churn is coming for consumer companies. Margins will stay thin until interest rates have peaked and wages have increasd above inflation.
