ZIP has stated, 'The SPP aims to raise up to $50 million, and ZIP reserves the right to increase the size of the SPP at its discretion.' So at $2 a share, expect oversubscription. The question remains: Will ZIP take the money at its discretion, as it's like zero-percent-interest capital? I think it's a no-brainer if you believe ZIP is worth more than $1.56.
