    Why raise?

    We're no longer desperate if the underlying business delivered +$17m to net assets for the HY.

    Management have big positions, and would it benefit them to dilute themselves more when they're not forced to?


    To re-accelerate growth? But at what cost? Diluting at a low price when the SP is set to turn around (if the financials keep up this trend).
