1:4 raising at $0.10 sounds unlikely, unless it's to instoswho can't get that sort of volume on market. I'd rather just buy on market ifit were an SPP. More common is a discounted raising...

I agree-that was the point I was making in “A 1 for 4 equity raising at 10c to raise $20m beforecosts would today be very hard”, namely that at current prices to raise as much as $20m new cash through equity would be very difficult. A short term equity raise to bolster cash is almost impossible, unless they did another placement to large investors who can see past the short term. That of course would be undesirable for retail investors.

So 1 year and a bit to repay $50m. (Was it recently confirmedas still $50m?*) $20m unrestricted cash. Hopefully some earnings in this comingFY. Which could mean refinancing the PEP from $50m to $30m or something, withimproved covenant metrics lately.

It was $51.412m at 31 Dec 23 (i.e. $50m limit + some capitalisedinterest). I haven’t seen any later mention of it (including the 1 Augustupdate) but I assume MME would keep it fully drawn, to ensure maximum freedomto use its $20m unrestricted cash. We’ll know on 29/8.
