I'm not an accountant either but I know it will be zero. It is a separate business. If its so hard to get a hold of the concept think of it like this. If (huge if) MNS make any cash or profit and you are a shareholder how much does your bank account go up by? By zero unless the company pays a dividend. But the value of the company may go up (Share price appreciation in the case of MNS)
