The Directors of AGS have stated that their intention is to sell ACE to Quasar!
Where are the other possible buyers?(The overall Sale Process has been going on for 14 months now!)
AGS have stated there are no interested Parties now other than Quasar, .! ?
AGS's Directors have entered into the initial signing off of the sale of ACE to Quasar. imo
Go back to the initial bid around 72m and the Directors response to Quasar, along the lines of, up the bid to an acceptable level so we can go to the Shareholders.
The bid was upped from 72m to 74m and that's an acceptable bid according to the Directors. imo
An increase of approximate 2.6m becomes acceptable?
That's not acceptable that's desperation. imo Red lights flashing here. imo
Theres no fairy godmother coming along for Shareholders now. imo
If the vote is yes to the Sale (74m), its signed sealed and delivered to Quasar.
