What one has to understand here is how did the strategy employed by AGS, get AGS to arrive at this situation (acceptance of 74m) and become the end point to date.?

Did it all start from one Directors initiative or all the Directors as a group, what input did the Legal Team have, what input did Dragoman have?

In other words whether alone or collectively as a group, did the strategy work!
imo Theres only one answer from a yes or no ! which dictates the result atm. imo

Result = Selling the asset(ACE) for 74m ! Selling the asset below fair value. imo

The above is no riddle.
