my time frame thing is based on where i think it is possible that alliance and quasar are both agreeable on arriving at some kind of end point which occurs over a reasonable period being not too far down the track.
i am not suggesting that either alliance and quasar maybe trying to gain some kind of upper hand by applying some kind of deadline.
in some respects alliance and quasar could be considered to be working together on this front. just a theory.
enough is enough for alliance and quasar so to speak.
