My description of the situation to date would be capitulation on AGS's part whether forced or volunteered imo

Look, imo what we don't need now is deception from AGS towards Shareholders in this trying period, that would be the final insult. imo (Not suggesting there is atm)

but the Directors have come out and said game over for them. imo Its a matter now of will the Shareholders agree with their decision (Sale 74m).

How much longer before the details of the voting process and details of any dividend is released to the Market.?
Has the buying of shares recently any connection to the time frame involved?.
