fyi imo quasar will never take the risk of lifting the stay. too much risk for quasar because i think the worth of the ags four mile stake would go a lot higher if things went our way in court.
this is actually a very interesting situation because of all the different considerations.
one thing i am a little disappointed about though is the opportunity to learn has been lost probably because of all the legals and all the confidentiality stuff.
four mile is a fantastic project and it would have been great if we had a running commentary on all the developments that have gone on over the last 3 - 4 years or so. the dmitre stuff is very good but being able to get info first hand from even quasar would have been a great learning opportunity.
