A not uninteresting announcement by ORS this morning considering the position AGS will find itself in post 4M.
"Octagonal has appointed LinQ Corporate Pty Ltd to assist with identifying new investment opportunities for the Company in both the resources and non-resources sectors."
The non-resources sector bit is the not uninteresting bit. Maybe flagging a backdoor type listing? It's been my experience with those (and I've been in a few) is that either existing shareholders are wiped out or big gains to be made (usually the former in my case (ie wipeout)).
On the plus side though, the ones I've been in that have resulted in big gains are the ones where there have been few shares on issue. That seems to be the case with ORS.
AGS holds 8.9% of ORS.
