Whispir shareholders may wish to consider waing unl towards the end of the Offer Period (as extended) before deciding to accept the Further Revised Soprano Offer, to ensure you are able to consider any superior proposal for your Whispir Shares if one is made during that me.

Seems like this advice from the IBC is pretty reasonable given the Soprano's price is the lower of what has been offered, and if Pendula are hoping for board support, they will have to come back with a significant increase and/or a binding offer at least at the 60c previously offered. I believe the 14 days end on the 10th of Jan, so the hope is that Pendula (or someone else) lobs in a higher offer in the next week or so
