The Pendula NBIO is still on the table - will be interesting to see if this update shakes anything loose. Clearly in play now although JW not part of the recommendation to accept according to release. I would have thought a pretty rubbish outcome for him given he has ridden the company and SP down from $4 - doesnt make him look like the great CEO of a successful start up which he would like to portray
