Why didn't they just leave it at 58,277,698 shares?
The final 684,566 shares brings in $58,051 and it will cost them a bit to send out EGM notices in the mail etc. Doesn't make sense to me (unless they are also resetting the LR7.1 and 7.1A at the same time at the meeting).
