Looks like some accumulation been going on the last few weeks, if you take a look at the twiggs money flow you'll see this. We may have broken out of our current downtrend ,todays close above 100 day ma ,volume slightly up. Volumes and spreads still to small to comfirm if this has legs just yet,looking better though overall. A breakout on volume could see a test of previous resistance around 18 c mark. all imo
