Agreed, smartdude. An opportunist takeover is what I've warned about from just about my first post. Sadly, I've been through this before - with a company that had less than half the assets that Rox can already claim. BUT ... the entity that made that dirt-cheap takeover already owned close to half the shares. We don't have to sell for peanuts.
