did you also note AAR have a free-mill orebody amenable to a standard CIL plant? but without high-grade I don't think it will get there.
I see RXL are pivoting away from the refractory story, looking for something else rather than growing more high-grade to justify the baseload for a float plant.
smart, maybe. but it does undercut confidence on what they already have. when the players move, it will be the free-milling non-refractory plays getting taken out first.
