zero drilling is my guess, unless get good results from Sant Tolgoi copper nickel geochem/rock chips. Last presentation said we would get insights into drill targets in Q4 2024. But drilling of these wouldn't probably start till next year. AZN had reasonably good hit the other day at a similar copper nickel prospect in Mongolia: 8.8m @ 6.08% Cu, 3.19% Ni. Only massive sulphide hit amongst a wider package of disseminated stuff. My view is they shouldn't chase after this garbage, when they already have the big one at Kharmagtai. Kharnagtai deep drilling is where all drilling should be going, but I gather that is not the plan until the BFS is funded. Anyway, suspect we could be hearing crickets on the drilling front till sometime in 2025. Somebody on the ground in Mongolia might be better placed regarding drilling start times, as I believe seasonality starts to kick in for more remote exploration projects.
