The feature set appears comprehensive, and pricing is really sharp - as a current Workday user (or hostage, given their business model) IHR is appealing based on what I can see on their website. The UX looks a lot better than Workday, Success Factors, JD Edwards, Preceda, ConnX, Chris21 - these are all products I've used previously.
