Way overhyped. Very cluttered market with some seriously good providers (local and international) already entrenched. IHR doesn't appear to have a killer product or point of difference and - decision makers in this space (HR) don't change providers quickly. TIny revenues at present which are difficult to grow without spending big $$ on sales and marketing. Not for me.
