This is an excellent outcome for AOP. The land is valuable because the Rebecca deposit sits close to the boundary of the Bulletin tenement. The extra land (which was part of Bulletins tenement) is required to develop the deposit (pls refer to today's AOP announcement). AOP only has to pay $250k in cash, the rest of the purchase price is in shares (or cash at AOP's discretion). The transaction solves the access issue. Overall, a very good outcome for AOP and well done AOP management!
