yeah. the trouble with me is that i have trouble thinking why anyone wouldnt want to buy it - but i guess for a small cap to easily raise $5.75m in this environment is a big vote of conifidence in the company, the technology and CNMs chances of getting a big fed grant.

Nice to see that at least $2 mill was a contractual necessity and i can understand why they'd go for the other $3m at the same time. Well done CNM.

PS: It wouldnt surprise me to see CNM come out with another 1 or 2 good announcements in the next 2-4 weeks. It's their style to build a bit of momentum. My first guess would be the full Albany Enviro Impact assessment, but we'll see.
