I have been through these facilities and 4MW will be b almost impossible to achieve with the racks penned into these containers and with no ability to have caged off areas with room to manoeuvre and remain physically secure. At just under a thousand racks worth of floor space with the above constraints I'd be surprised if they tip over a 1MW with a full warehouse.
It seems like only yesterday that the telco modules arrived... it wasn't they landed on the 7th November 2018 and the images they used were of the Datacentre limited (DCL) site barely got off the ground in WA... which coincidentally the original DXN CEO was heavily invested in which has recently disappeared off the face of the earth.
