A 55% shortfall , which is fairly typical for this type of raising, although I was expecting it to go somewhat better. So Platinum etc will get a solid allocation. Maybe just as well there is less stock in the hands of retail flippers and more with the instos.

Not sure what the catalyst for higher from here will be, the market no longer gives ANP any wish factor, it wants to see results after so many disappointments and we won't have any results for a few quarters. (I remember the days when it would rally on getting a patent in some obscure part of the world, those days are long gone unfort).
