I'm sticking with my opinion. The announcement states the raising was heavily oversubscribed.
therefore if these funds/instos are unable to receive their full holding from the placement, it is highly likely to assume they'll buy on market. Time will tell but I have waited long enough for something positive to happen in this company. Now they have a great project and $5m to progress it - only positive outcomes going forward!!
