re: Ann: $5 Million Placement Facility Announ... A couple of points about the equity raising. This talks about a 5 million facility but the first installment is $50,000

Now 7,871,254 shares at $0.006 actually raises $47227.52. This amount feels like it will pay for a bit of legal costs but it won't be long before we need more.

If the whole amount is required that would be an additional 833 million shares which would appear to dilute our current holdings just a smidge. Also this number of shares and an issue price of $0.006 would feel like the share price would be bound to this figure for quite some time.

An additional fee of 17,006,684 shares would basically put the total share to a nice round 850 million!!!

How did we come to this bizarre issue price of $0.006. I am sure the answer will be the 5 day average or some other reason. Does feel a little coincidental that the share price has been beaten down to this dollar value over the last couple of weeks.
