I think it's great that they allow existing holders to participate, I'm sure there would have been many complaints if not.
The money will be used to drill the new OBA land claim that has been awarded by a unanimous vote of confidence of Ansons Green river project. Without drilling ASN will be able to include this ground into it's indicated and inferred resource, this will be YUGE! and probably put ASN into the largest brine deposit in NA.
It will also be used to advance Yellow cat and Ajana/WA .
Plant optimisation and qualifications sounds like reaching name plate and certification approvals that will go towards being able to design and build the full scale version of the SDP. It also sounds like the A1LITHIUM/KOCH partnership is progressing very well.
