No it's not good that we had to raise, but it's clearly outlined why the funds were needed. I'm not saying that this is a positive thing, it just is what it is.
You keep going on about how much money MAN has in the coffers but it's because they're not spending it on exploration or progressing any of their tenements. IF they eventually do, watch the $15m drain real quick.
