Company has tried to raise before at a lower discount and failed, now imagine trying to raise at a premium. Now is not the time to gamble on the CR. Money is/was running low.
The Complete Response announcement in itself does not warrant a premium, reglardless of how good it reads. It is based on one (of one) patient with AML. Whilst it is an excellent result, it is not enough to change the overall risk profile of this company.
And how many of you 708's that have subscribed are Paul's mates? Not many would be my guess.
PH - if he supports the raise, he is looking out for himself. If he doesn't, then he doesn't believe in the company. Was there any possible outcome that doesn't see the dark lord of stem cells being crucified?
I don't have anything to do with PH and my investment is not because, nor is it despite of PH having a say. It is solely based on what I consider the potential upside to be if even only once therapy gets acquired by large pharma.
Make your own decisions based on your understanding of this space and risk appetite. Then there is no need to blame others.
