The following is the only consolation to what appears to be a disaster of a CR (at this juncture).....




It leaves the door open at least (sort of... but maybe not really) to avoid the massive dilution. In other words, just over half a mill gets paid into the coffers to kick the can down the road until December (probably until after some results are known) when the SP is unlikely to be under 1c. But will the issue of dilution suddenly raise its ugly head all over again or will the market over look it if newsflow supports a higher SP? SHs will have an opportunity to vote against the CR given the 0.8c price but, either way, its unlikely because the co. needs to the money to move forward regardless of trial results. Catch-22 situation at its worst/finest (depending on your perspective).
