I knew they were using renewables , did not know they were relying solely on them , would think its a hybrid system , solar in the day , diesel at night , with all crushing during the day so using a fine ore bin to store ore for night comminution
Money of Mine was saying the expansion would need more Mw but the capex of that would be on the power provider , who would just add the extra capex cost as a component of their charge per Kwh to BGL
Renewables bound to cost more per KwH than Diesel for night operation , does it cost more during the day when the sun is out , most likely just night ss would need battery storage , which I doubt they do .
Wonder how all this is effecting DVPs reputation at a contractor level

Be some cheap solar panels available from G1A if it closes down acutally a lot of cheap equipment going ot be on the market soon with CAI to
