Given they are seeking to ratify all the contra shares issued I imagine they could issue another 15% without shareholder approval as early as Friday ? could be wrong on that ?? no doubt someone will quote me the listing rule if thats not correct.


So on my math it would give them the authority to issue another 35m shares - at $1.50 p/s (current s/p ) that would be around the $50m number at the lower end of the reported " Guess" by the AFR ?
