Plenty of long term holders on these threads said they didnt even need the Minsheng loan it was just insurance - plenty of times the company has said they were under budget and how many millions$$ they have saved - I would expect those who took part in last Decembers SPP expected that would be the last cap raising - I imagine plenty of retail holders would be scratching their heads to see another $20m worth of stock issued given Minsheng have said there is another $35m available at what appears to be a sweet finance rate .
